NR Projects Ltd, was Initiated by David Ryan and Nicholas Eastwood in 2008, focused on delivering existing property re-developments and rental opportunities for various clients, and we remain based in Stockport near Manchester.

NRP Group has grown from NR Projects Ltd, and has matured into a successful property development business completing new build sites across the NW region. The business now concentrates on the delivery of high quality, smaller volume, house building projects using cutting edge technology, including the latest framing and installation techniques.

 The key ethos of our business is to “get it right the first time” and “deliver the programme” two elements which have led to a positive, profitable and progressive track record in the industry.

We are planning to expand the business to developments in the South Eastern UK region, working with our trusted business partners based in the area to deliver potentially higher nett value new build opportunities.
